Sebastian is a slave or 'gimp' wearing clown make up that is usually seen beside Mistress. He is a 'secret character' who is not playable in all versions of the game, and always requires Mistress to be unlocked first. In the original Playstation game (Japanese version only) he can be played instead of Mistress by inputting a code (L1 + circle). In Rumble Roses XX, he can be unlocked in all versions of the game, but in Exhibition Mode only. To play him in this mode, its necessary to highlight Mistress's character, then enter a code which activates him instead of her (on the Xbox 360 hold down the left-trigger, then push the A button).
Not much is known about Sebastian's past. He suddenly appears with Mistress after her heel turn. It is not known how she came to know him. It is possible that Anesthesia paired Sebastian with Mistress after the forced change in personality.
Personality[]
Sebastian will take anything a Rose throws at him.
Above all else Sebastian appears to be very submissive, especially towards Mistress. He is shown to be loyal to her even through her abuse whipping him during her introductions and sitting on him, in one instance alongside Sista A. In Mistress's intro and through swaps he is shown carrying the selected Rose on his back in the XX game. His movements can look a little feminine but that is because he recycles movements from Roses, this is very notable in his run where he sways his hips similar to Dixie due to reusing her run animation. Notably if the player uses Sebastian against Mistress she will have a special quote talking down to him for defying her.
Appearance[]
Sebastian is a tall man, taller than even Dixie, with orange, curly hair. While his entire top is bald, his whole face is painted white. There is blackish facepaint on his eyes and eyelashes, a blue stripe on both cheeks and an orange strike from the side of his chin to his nose. His lips have a heavy dose of red paint on it. He also wears a black choker around his neck, seeming for purposes to serve Mistress Spencer. He also has a pair of black wristbands with silver decorations all over. Finally, Sebastian wears a pair of long black pants and black shoes. He also has a bulkier build and is presumably heavier than the Roses.
Some attacks that build humiliation also build meter each humiliation cycle.
Better pick than Reiko in humiliation matches.
Cons[]
Can often not have the meter to follow up on the Roses he humiliates.
His hits tend to give him very little meter, so little he often can struggle to get meter off Roses other than Becky and Benikage due to them giving the highest per hit.
Downright horrible stats, has the speed of Dixie and defense of Benikage.
As he already struggles against the Roses it is very difficult to defeat the Lady X robots due to their increased resistance to humiliation compared to the Roses.
Can't reverse well.
Struggles against Roses with good reversal games such as Becky and Makoto.
Can only win without Humiliation against the most delicate Roses
Horrible for Street Fights.
Being a better pick than Reiko in something isn't exactly the highest achievement.
In Game[]
Sebastian's attacks do sometime leave his positioning to the girls questionable.
Historically male on female wrestling has been seen as a bit taboo due to natural differences between the two genders. Rumble Roses leans towards both sides of the problem. Sebastian is shown easily capable lifting and carrying the girls being able to give even the heaviest Rose in the 149 pound Evil Rose a ride to the ring without a problem and in matches his moveset physically overpowers them, tosses them unsafely to the mat, and humiliates them to high degrees. Some of his attacks even leave his opponent's more intimate parts suspiciously close to his face.
Many of Sebastian's attacks have him overpower the Roses.
However his stats betray the impact his attacks seem to have. His attacks do very little damage per hit leaving frailer Roses such as Becky and Makoto able to take a good amount of hits from him before they are ready for a 3 count. His reversal ability is low for a frail character meaning he will be beaten up quite a bit which doesn't bode well for his frailness. He can humiliate a Rose rather quickly but some Roses can also perform the same action with much better overall stats. His Humiliation move is decently powered however. He also has the slowest run speed tied with Dixie and low agility climbing ropes and exiting the ring very slowly.
Clown Buster: A power throw that utilizes Sebastian's strength. Sebastian starts off with his opponent in a front facelock. Next, he drapes his opponent's near arm over his shoulder. Sebastian hooks his opponent's right leg and lifts them on his shoulders. He then runs forward, jumps and transitions into a seated position, driving his opponent back-first into the mat. Sebastian covers them for the pin.
This move can only be executed by have at least 1 meter filled.
With that being said, this move can be done anywhere, as long as Sebastian's opponent is on their feet.
His Killer Move is the same as Sgt Clemets's.
Rumble Roses XX - Sebastian Killer Move (Clown Buster)
Clown Driver: A throw that utilizes Sebastian's strength. First, he applies a side headlock to his opponent. He rotates to his left to wrap his arm around over his opponent's shoulder and to bend underneath his opponent's body. With a grip on his opponent's legs, Sebastian jumps and rolls over to his left. As he lands across his opponent's stomach with his back, he slams his opponent back-first into the mat.
This move can only be executed by have at least 1 meter filled.
In addition, Sebastian must be facing the front of his standing opponent while they are dizzy.
His Lethal Move is the same as Great Khan's.
Rumble Roses XX - Sebastian Lethal Move (Clown Driver)
Clown Smash: A hold that combines Sebastian’s submission with his striking abilities. Sebastian first punches his opponent in the face to bring them on their hands and knees. He then gets on top of their body, wrapping his arms around his opponent's torso. From there, Sebastian continuously delivers knee strikes to his opponent's head until they submit.
Like all Humiliation moves, the opponent must have their Humiliation Meter at full to execute this move..
This move can only be executed by have at least 1 meter filled.
With that being said, this move can be done anywhere, as long as her opponent is on their feet.
